One of the 16 officially designated dog-friendly beaches. The inlet is remote but reachable by car or on foot; the on-site sign spells it 'Dahlet ix-Xmajjel' and does not itself state that it is dog-friendly. Dogs may walk and swim on rocky beaches all year except Blue Flag beaches, and dogs may not enter the sea in an official bathing area. Check the official list before visiting.
